When did you start podcasting?<\/h3>\n

Why did you start podcasting?<\/h3>\n

I was the host \u00a0of a community radio based underground\/indie rock program in late \u201999 \u20132001 and had been looking for the opportunity to get with a lower wattage station to start that show again. With the birth of podcasting seemed like a logical step.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your show about?<\/h3>\n

Notes from the Underground, the self\u00a0proclaimed\u00a0\u201cgreatest underground and indie rock radio program in the universe\u201d. New bands slightly to completely off the map mainstream, predominately rock based but incorporating some newer hip hop artists and some comedy bits for levity.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your podcasting set-up? Hardware, software, CMS, etc.<\/h3>\n

Audacity, Sansom (my first podcast) mic.<\/p>\n

How have you promoted your podcast?<\/h3>\n

Twitter, Facebook, being on 2 internet radio stations, and this thing here.<\/p>\n

What do you know now that you wish you knew when you started?<\/h3>\n

Not everyone likes bands like The Fartz<\/p>\n
