When did you start podcasting?<\/h3>\n

My brother Jacob and I,\u00a0uploaded our first podcast June 13, 2014<\/p>\n

Why did you start podcasting?<\/h3>\n

We have both been long time wrestling fans and were looking for a better way to talk wrestling than blowing up each other\u2019s phone with text messages back and forth.<\/p>\n

Then after attending a live show, we thought to ourselves that we could do a podcast. We diid some research and hit the ground running.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your show about?<\/h3>\n

Harrell Wrestling Talk Podcast<\/a> is a pro-wrestling podcast that gives you all the latest news, rumors and current events.<\/p>\n

We base our format on one of our favorite sports shows, Pardon the Interruption.<\/p>\n

We have special segments that promote independent wrestling promotions and wrestlers. Once a month we have a fan come on for our pay-per-view prediction episode.<\/p>\n

We\u00a0try to set our wrestling podcast apart from\u00a0others by being professional and family friendly.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your podcasting set up? Hardware, software, CMS etc?<\/h3>\n

We live a hour apart, so we use Skype with Logitech headset\/microphones to conduct our show and interviews, and record it with CallBurner.<\/p>\n

After we get it recorded we use Adobe Audition for all our editing.<\/p>\n

How have you promoted your podcast?<\/h3>\n

We use mainly Twitter<\/a>, but reach each one of our listeners favorite medias. So you can also find us at the following on Facebook<\/a> & YouTube<\/a>.<\/p>\n

What do you know now that you wish you knew when you started?<\/h3>\n

Really just what we know now. Neither of us had any experience in podcasting, and we have been learning from our mistakes and are\u00a0getting better week to week.<\/p>\n
