When did you start podcasting?<\/h3>\n

We started podcasting last December 2016 but didn\u2019t release our first episode until January 2017.<\/p>\n

Why did you start podcasting?<\/h3>\n

We started podcasting to prove we could do it to ourselves, then we caught the bug. Also our main motivator was competition\u2026 a local podcast started up and we thought we could do a much better job with our network.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your show about?<\/h3>\n

Our show<\/a> is a light hearted look into the lives of elite level athletes and coaches, our guests have ranged from Olympic swimmers to Australian Cricketers to Professional Strength and Conditioning coaches.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your podcasting set-up?<\/h3>\n

At the moment we use a Zoom q8, but we are about to upgrade.<\/p>\n

How have you promoted your podcast?<\/h3>\n

Instagram<\/a>, Facebook, reddit and our guests always share the episode around.<\/p>\n

What do you know now that you wish you knew when you started?<\/h3>\n

I wish I started hosting on libsyn straight away, went out and invested more money in it earlier and was more confident in our ability sooner.<\/p>\n
