When did you start podcasting?<\/h3>\n

I started Podcasting in April 2018<\/p>\n

Why did you start podcasting?<\/h3>\n

My dad has had Parkinson\u2019s for 3 years now. I wanted to share our family\u2019s journey.<\/p>\n

I wanted to share important information, the good and bad of what we have learned in dealing with this disease.<\/p>\n

Podcasting has been so rewarding for spreading our everyday stories.<\/p>\n

My Dad has a great life managing the symptoms. With lots of exercise and the love of family and friends most days you wouldn\u2019t know he has Parkinson\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Mom and I needed to share our news. I share great recipes too.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the name of your show about and what is it about?<\/h3>\n

My Podcasts is Me, Mom, Dad and Parkinson\u2019s.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your podcasting set-up? Hardware, software, CMS, etc.<\/h3>\n

My podcasts set-up is from my Apple computer. I am using Audacity software with a Shure microphone connected to a Scarlett Solo.<\/p>\n

I have a small room that I made into a recording studio.<\/p>\n

How have you promoted your podcast?<\/h3>\n

I promote my Podcasts using Libsyn of course, then Facebook, Twitter<\/a>, Linked In, Instagram<\/a>, and word of mouth.<\/p>\n

I also share podcasts with Parkinson\u2019s groups.<\/p>\n

What do you know now that you wish you knew when you started?<\/h3>\n

How much fun and rewarding podcasting can be.<\/p>\n
