When did you start podcasting?<\/h3>\n

We started in January of 2020 intending to help local independent restaurants.<\/p>\n

Little did we know in just a short few months, the COVID\u201319 pandemic would crush the restaurant industry.<\/p>\n

Every week we try to provide value to restaurant owners and staff to help them not only survive in a post-pandemic world but thrive.<\/p>\n

Why did you start podcasting?<\/h3>\n

We started the podcast to help locally owned independent restaurants. These businesses build strong communities by linking neighbors in a web of economic and social relationships.<\/p>\n

The more the independent restaurants are thriving, the healthier the community will be!<\/p>\n

We want to help restaurant owners and operators hone their competitive edge through effective marketing and business practices.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the name of your show and what is it about?<\/h3>\n

Restauranttopia<\/a> focuses on all things related to restaurant management and operations from hosts David Ross, Brian Seitz, and chef Anthony Hamilton.<\/p>\n

We feature interviews and restaurant success stories, along with insights on cost control, marketing, management and personnel issues.<\/p>\n

Tune in for marketing ideas and tactics from restaurant business experts, gathered from lessons and data from restaurants around the US.<\/p>\n

Brian Seitz<\/a>, David Ross<\/a>, and Anthony Hamilton<\/a> each bring a fresh perspective on what it takes to be successful in the restaurant industry.<\/p>\n

President of acquisitions, attorney, and entrepreneur Brian Seitz wears many hats, but his priority has always been to help promote local communities.<\/p>\n

As the chief operating officer of Hillcrest Food Service, David Ross understands what it truly takes to successfully run a local, family-owned food distribution business and seeks to inspire others to reach the same success.<\/p>\n

Chef instructor and restaurant consultant, Chef Anthony Hamilton has years of first-hand experience within the restaurant and hospitality industry and keen knowledge of culinary arts.<\/p>\n
