Q & A with Jill Siefert from On Style with Jill Siefert

When did you start podcasting?

I started podcasting only recently, in April 2014.

Why did you start podcasting?

I have been a teacher in fashion now for over 10 years and my students inspired me to have my voice reach a wider, more global audience and also to build a community for the book I have coming out soon.

What’s your show about?

The On Style show is to share insightful intelligent conversation about the world of fashion and style. I hope that it is almost as if someone is eavesdropping in on our conversation.

I interview people in the fashion field that I feel have an interesting story to tell.

How have you promoted your podcast?

I have promoted my podcast on it’s own Facebook page. That is my main vehicle as well as, my blog Lets Speak Chic.

What do you know now that you wish you knew when you started?

I only wish I had started podcasting sooner, I LOVE iT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We all need a little more knowledge about style in our lives. If you’re feeling the pull, don’t delay and subscribe to the On Style!

Have your students been egging you on to start a podcast and reach a wider audience? Well then, we’d be happy to support you!
